Merry Christmas! Nanny supplied all the gifts so nicely wrapped. We had so many, we were unwrapping them for an hour. Thank you! Thank you to Aunt June and Aunt Beat for the awesome outfits, too! We love them. Granddad has 100 bucks for me. It is up to Max to pick the best present ; ) Baba and Diado have us booked on a trip to Greece in May. Yay!! Thank you! We are also going to see Adi and Vali. Can't wait! We are so happy to have you! Happy Holidays and Happy New Year.

Here it is raining : ) No surprise. At times it is pretty heavy. Did I tell you that I signed Max for capoeira - http://axevancouver.com/. They have a class through the community center for 3-6 year olds. I like that there is music and dance element to it. (I almost liked this one better http://achebrasil.ca/, also very close to us, but they do not take kids younger than 3). Chris thinks that Max is too young for martial arts. I think that he is too young for gymnastics (in terms of paying for classes, they are quite expensive here, $15-20 a class). So hopefully, this class works. He starts on the 4th of January.
Nothing too much otherwise. Max thought me how to cut a sandwich faster the other by explaining to me (correctly) how daddy does it : ) I was impressed. Hehe. You cannot blame me for that. He is getting a bit spoiled. We are working on finding the right balance. I have been trying to get him to sign all Christmas cards and draw something but cannot keep him focused on it for more than a card or two at a time. And then when it is my turn to write something "creative" down I take twice as long as he does ; ) So we have all the cards picked up and the envelopes addressed and 1/3 done but it seems that it will take still a bit longer. Many other little things like this. |
