Here are our pictures from February. I was bragging how Max was not sick in the last 2 years... Well, I got a cold and a week after Max was a bit under the weather, Chris too. I think we are back and full of energy. Nothing much to report. We have had pretty good weather. The cherry blossoms are out. Max took a picture : ) He is teaching everybody the word for snow flower in Bulgarian - "kokiche" : ) We bought new rain boots and a pair of flashing running shoes. Max thought of a special step to show the flash to all his friends. Max made some pretty cool projects this month - including a spring paper flower that makes the bedroom prettier now and a special heart for grandma... There were few new toys. Max also presented his teacher with his alphabet book because he thought that hers had become old and broken. He gave his book to her because he wanted all the kids to be able to read it. And it is a pretty good one that daddy had bought him last year. Chris and I were happy. Max has been doing great in Capoiera too. He is not as shy anymore. There is another little fellow there, Sabi. Max can do most of the exercises. He is learning about things. I believe it is a good thing. We went to a few birthday parties, the science world, swimming, and what not. Max does not go down for a nap anymore but there have been couple of occasions where he would get hurt playing, would start crying, and would fall asleep. He is still an early riser. 6am although he is not asleep until 8 - 9pm. I get tired. I can only imagine how tired he must get but sleep is something that does not come easy to him : ) Unless we are in a car... Max is looking forward to the summer. I think he likes the warm days. And he wants to go camping again... Oh, I was about to forget to mention that he can now put his underwear and pants on his own. He is working on putting on his socks too. It is neat. He is very reasonable most of the time. Just full of energy : ) [He says that home is most fun and sometimes does not want to go outside...] Ok. I can keep writing silly things.
Nanny and Granddad - thank you for the awesome Valentine's day cards.
We hope all you guys are ok and that we'll see you soon!!!!
ps. Did I mention that he counted to 100 the other night : ))
